The Universal Unspoken Rule
Any site you join, you are placing yourself at the Administration's mercy, placing your trust in them that they will have your best interests in mind, and will not give any individual(s) unfair or preferential treatment during the course of their stay on this RPG. A lot of people play on sites where they feel undervalued, where they feel unappreciated, and they grow accustomed to this, so much so that they begin to think this is the "norm". Well, while the placement of trust is universal, the expectation to be treated as a 2nd class citizen by a site's Administration is not.
That said, the Founder - that is, me, the Founder - will always go to painstaking lengths to make sure that everyone has a chance to excel in my RPGs. This means that everyone, regardless of their standing (or lack thereof) with me, is bound by the rules of the forum, will experience the same benefits and (if/when applicable) punishments that anyone else would for the same behavior, and it also means that the people I elect to take up roles as my Staff ARE NOT hired because they're my buddies off-site, or because we have parallel views and/or beliefs. In fact, I pride myself on the diversity of my Administration Teams, as I want a DIVERSIFIED TEAM, not just an echo chamber to smile and nod every time I propose something, regardless of how wild or far-fetched my ideas may be.
That said, dice rolls will be handled through a Third-Party (free) Online Software, which will allow rolls for various things to be 100% VERIFIABLE by all involved parties, usually by sending the RESULTS of those Dice Rolls to each of the participants by email (automatically...I couldn't tamper with the results if I wanted to, and I definitely don't).
I am not a doormat, but neither am I a tyrant. I will not let certain people sidestep the rules unscathed, nor will I try and mold everyone in the RP in my image, then perform bans to anyone who cannot conform. I cannot guarantee that everyone will always like my rulings, but I will always explain my reasoning, why I felt my rulings were fair, DISPLAY PUBLICLY the steps I took to confirm/verify that my steps were fair and unbiased, and will usually open Ruling threads up for comments from the community.
That said, this is a work in progress, and as we feature more and more content, I will update this information as new developments arise.
Conduct
- You, and other involved parties, are responsible for hashing out interactions that go on outside of our jurisdiction (Instant Messenger, Facebook, Skype, Yahoo, E-Mail, etc), and are 100% responsible for reporting any/all harassment over those venues to the appropriate Server Admin of those websites (usually something like tos@<websitename>.com)
We handle all serious matters (Game Developments, Mediation, etc) over Skype, either through Voice Conference, or Video Conference. If you have a dispute with another player, Mediation will take place by either Video Conference or Voice Conference, depending upon the comfort levels of those involved. Failure to comply by the individual filing the complaint, will result in the "Complaint Ticket" being formally closed. Failure to set a date/time to attend (for the subject of the Complaint) will result in a decision being made without their input, which may or may not be in their favor, and this result will be the same if the individual sets a time/date but fails to attend.

- Pornography, and images depicting frontal nudity (genitalia) is not acceptable. Breasts and buttocks are to be displayed sparingly (rarely), and excessive emphasis on these body parts in images, signatures, avatars (etc) is not allowed. If in doubt (or even just to be on the safe side), PM The Founder with the artwork in question, to get an official ruling.
